I'm a product manager, software developer, and designer. I build software for complex operational environments, especially where better tools, clearer feedback loops, and automation can help people make better decisions.

I spent 8 years in corporate travel, scaling booking products from zero to millions of transactions and shipping a hotel recommendation system that drove eight-figure annual profit. More recently, I founded an AI startup building proactive voice agents for travel disruptions, where I independently designed and built the full stack.

I'm strongest in ambiguous 0-to-1 environments: understanding the real problem, building quickly, testing against reality, and refining until the product works. My background spans product strategy, UX, software development, AI agents, workflow automation, and go-to-market testing.

I write about product, management, organizational design, and how teams build better products by shortening the distance between decisions and outcomes.
